Fall 2005 Recreational Soccer Registration

If you do not have access to the Internet, there will be walk-in registration at the

BGYSA Soccer Complex

Maintenance Building

(Located on Rte. 44)

Walk-in registration will occur on the following dates:

Saturday, April 23 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Thursday, May 5 - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Boys and Girls who will be 4 years of age on or before July 31, 2005 and not older than 14 by July 31, 2005 are welcome to register.

Registration Fees:

Child’s birth date must be on or before 7/31/01

Registration fees:

Under 5 age group is $25 per player

Under 6 thru Under 15 is $50 per player

Family maximum of $140.00 up to five children.

Make checks payable to BGYSA.

First time players must bring a copy of birth certificate.
