The Burrillville Glocester Youth Soccer Association has had a dream to have our own soccer playing fields for the kids and adults in the towns of Burrillville and Glocester. This dream is about to come true in the fall of 2002.

Our new fields can be found on Route 44 in Glocester between the intersections of Route 100 and Reservoir Road (Approx. 1 mile on the right coming from the Texaco station in Chepachet to our entrance, or 3/10 of a mile on your left coming from Reservoir Road).

We are currently on our last phase of construction projects that we hope to have finished prior to opening August 1st, 2002.  It will be nice to be able to sit back and enjoy seeing our games being played there this fall. This project has only come to fruition with the unselfish dedication, commitment, and help of many individuals and organizations over the past six years.

Our goal is to have a plaque or memorial on the property that will identify all of those who have contributed to making this project a reality.

Many thanks to those that participated in, and contributed to, the kick-a-thon and golf tournament this past year. Your participation helped to support the field project for the coming year!

 We will continue to post updates and pictures of the property so you may see the progress as we move forward.

We appreciate everyone’s support in staying off the property while there are no scheduled or planned events.
