Burrillville / Glocester Youth Soccer Complex Field Use Permit Instructions

Anyone requesting use of the fields at the Burrillville Glocester Youth Soccer Complex on 1407 Putnam Pike, Chepachet RI are required to have permission from the BGYSA Board of Directors.

The BGYSA Board of Directors require the applicant to fill out the field use permit form on the BGYSA Web site (BGYSA.ORG) to provide them the information needed to make a decision concerning the request being made. These applications should be submitted at least 45 days ahead of the time being requested if possible.

No one is allowed to use the property without written approval from BGYSA. This approval should be with you on the nights you use the property to show that you have been granted permission, for those that might want confirmation at the field.
